How to Set Up the Policies/Permissions for Your Amazon SES Account

To connect your Amazon SES Account to ConvertLoop, you must create an Amazon AWS Account and create a user IAM within that Account. Once this is done, you must set up the necessary Policies/Permissions for the user IAM you created in your Amazon AWS Account.

If you still haven't set up the necessary Policies/Permissions for the user IAM in your Amazon AWS Account, you will see these errors on ConvertLoop:

To set up the the necessary Policies/Permissions for the user IAM in your Amazon AWS Account, follow these steps:

1- Sign in to your Amazon AWS Account. Once there, go to the Policies (Permissions) page.

2- On the Policies page, at the top of your screen, select the "Attach existing policies directly" option.**

3- Go to the search bar, type in " SES ", and press enter. Select AmazonSESFullAccess from the different options.**

4- Go back to the search bar, type in " SNS ", and press enter. Select AmazonSNSFullAccess from the different options. Continue.**

5- Next, Amazon will give you the option to "Add tags", but you can skip this step.**

6- Review that you have added AmazonSESFullAccess and AmazonSNSFullAccess to your user IAM. Continue.**

These two Policies/Permissions are necessary to allow ConvertLoop to connect to your Amazon SES Account to send your emails and collect the data you will find in your detailed analytics reports.
